This is going to be a good week

I just know it. I’ll be exercising and eating well and the scale will be moving in a downward fashion.

Woke up early again and did p90x. My arms are still burning… My mother in law is in town and wanted donuts for breakfast and I didn’t even touch them.

And we went put for dinner last night and instead of ordering the nachos that were calling my name, I opted for the salmon and veggies (and it was delicious!!).

Seriously, I’m gonna rock this week.

I’m back…

I fell off the wagon the last few weeks… Really bad. I had a whole bunch of excuses.

I was busy, I was sick, the kids were sick, it was the holidays, family was in town, my baby turned one (!?) and I like cake… Really I just wanted to eat what everyone else was eating. Bad, bad bad! I lost 25 pounds in 4-5 months last year but I’m still struggling with my eating. I still have a long way to go.

But,

Today I’m back on track. I woke up early, did my p90x for the first time in two weeks and now I’m going to spend the rest of the day drinking tons of water and eating right.

Made hungry girl’s version of the quesadilla burger tonight. My mouth and tummy are in heaven. Mmmmmm

I just spent 20 mins chasing after my kids to get a picture of them with their pigtails and this is the best one I got. I should have put music on the tv sooner.

So I only lost .4 this week but I’ll take it. Working 12 each day over the weekend and my girls and I have not been feeling so well - I haven’t worked out in days. But today we’re all feeling a better and I’m going to do better this week!

Obviously, I’m a follower so I decided to do my weigh-ins on Wednesday like everyone else.

Last week 188.7
This week 186.4

That’s 2.3 pounds in 6 days. Yay!

Today’s supposed to be a rest/stretch day but I may put in yoga and see how that goes. I’m still VERY sore from the legs workout 2 days ago.

But I love that feeling :)
